Met department has warned people of high tidal waves in Vizag and surrounding areas.
Even as the sky remained overcast with thick clouds, the waves in the sea could be seen rising high. Warning that this could increase further, the officials said that even the roads at a distance from the beach could be washed with the waves. They have warned people against bathing or swimming in the sea and fishermen too were warned against fishing in the sea in the next two days.
