Venkat Rahul Ragala, who hails from Guntur became the fourth Indian weightlifter to claim a gold medal at the ongoing Commonwealth Games in Australia. Accolades started pouring in from all quarters.
Actor turned Jana Sena Party founder Pawan Kalyan has announced to donate Rs 10 lakhs from Jana Sena Party to Venkat Rahul Ragala for achieving Gold medal. He has also tweeted, 'Heartfelt congratulations to Sri Venkat Rahul Ragala. From JSP we will give him a 10 lakh cheque for achieving Goldmedal in common wealth games & making our Mother Land “Bharath” proud. We truly take pride in your outstanding achievement & JSP salutes you. Jai Hind!.'
