'Cyber War' Against Centre By Lokesh

Recently no confidence motion led aginst central government for SCS for AP.Now the IT minister of AP Nara Lokesh launched ' Cyber War ' on the union government on its failure in according Special Category Status (SCS) to the residuary state of Andhra.
Lokesh took his twitter and tweeted " Let us stand united in making voices of 5 crore citizens of AP heard. To protest the injustice meted out to us by the Centre, change your display pictures to black . Participate in this movement by posting selfie with a black badge and added a hashtag with #APWearsBlackBadge".The AP Minister called five crore Andhra people to unite and fight for special status.
