SP Rama Krishna Directed All The Police Mitionary In Sri Rama Navami

Nellore District Superintendent of Police PHD Ramakrishna has directed all the police machinery in the district to keep a close watch on festivals organised in different parts of the district in view of Srirama Navami to ensure that obscene dances under the guise of cultural programmes are not staged. In a communication to all the police stations and media on Wednesday, he said they will take stringent action against anyone organising indecent dances and on the artists performing the dances.

The SP cautioned the orchestra teams to avoid dances by their women members while pointing to complaints they have been receiving from public. He directed the police officials to book cases under relevant sections against those violating.
