TDP Starts Continues War with Against BJP

Chandrababu, who had been nine times Chief Minister of erstwhile united Andhra Pradesh (AP) has declared war against Baratiya Janata Party (BJP)-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government at the Centre, with his no-confidence motion. However, it has not come to discussion uptil now in Parliament. With this, it is quiet clear that BJP is somehow avoiding the discussion or it is scared. The fact is that not even Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi has countered Chandrababu uptill now. Are they afraid? Why should a party with clear majority be afraid?
