YSRC moves PIL seeking to disqualify defected MLAs

Hyderabad: A PIL has been moved in the Hyderabad High Court seeking to disqualify 22 MLAs of the YSR Congress including four ministers in the AP Cabinet who have joined the Telugu Desam without resigning the YSR Congress. Former MLA A. Venka-ta Rambabu, moved the PIL seeking disqualification of ministers C. Adinarayana Reddy, S. Krishna Ranga Rao, N. Amarnath Reddy and Bhuma Akhila Priya and 18 MLAs who have defected to the YSRC.
