BJP calls TDP rhetoric politically motivated

     BJP leaders have assailed TDP criticism on keeping promises made during bifurcation terming it mudslinging and politically motivated and called upon cadres to counter-attack.

“Doubting BJP is atrocious and anti-development and the attack being made as a part of political strategy must be countered including in social media,” MLC P.V.N. Madhav said addressing the city executive meeting of BJP here on Tuesday.

Recalling the turn of events during the past few days, he said within one hour of BJP Andhra Pradesh president K. Haribabu releasing a 27-page note at a press conference, it was termed as lies with 22 remarks by TDP officially.

A 148-page note was sent to a leader after a fact-finding committee was formed and it should have been first shared with BJP, an ally, Mr. Madhav said.

On even the Chief Minister stating that SCS was being extended some states, he said Industries Minister Suresh Prabhu had clarified that in the States that were given SCS the loss due to implementation of GST was being made good. BJP was committed to separate Railway Zone right from 1998 and it was in final stages in PMO, Mr. Madhav said.

BJP Floor Leader in the Assembly P. Vishnu Kumar Raju said the budget was complimented by Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu.

While BJP was behind the development in Andhra Pradesh and its leaders were committed to its development, the comments made against the statement of Mr. Haribabu lacked any reason, he said.
