While stating that Andhra Pradesh guaranteed investment security, Governor E.S.L Narasimhan on Monday predicted a bright future for the new State. He was addressing the valedictory of the three-day CII Partnership Summit and Sunrise A.P. Investment Meet at APIIC grounds here.
The delegates gave a standing ovation when the Governor announced that Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu completed four decades of his political career coinciding with the conclusion of the summit and would be entering the fifth decade on Tuesday. “He is my friend for three decades and I am sure his hard work will bear more fruits in future,” he remarked.
Mr. Narasimhan said he had no doubts that the State would achieve the targets it had set for itself.
On artificial intelligence, he said the robotics and other inventions would only be the add factor and human intelligence could not be replaced with AI at any point of time.
Mr. Naidu thanked the Union Minister for Commerce and Industry Suresh Prabhu for spending three days in Visakhapatnam and taking an active part in the summit. He sought co-operation from the Centre in AP’s endeavour to become a modern, industrialised State.
