NT Rama Rao's statue will be constructed along with Dr B R Ambedkar's statue

Amaravati: Telugu Desam Party founder and former chief minister NT Rama Rao’s statue will be constructed along with Dr B R Ambedkar’s statue in the Amaravati, announced Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu after paying floral tributes to NTR on Thursday on his 22nd death anniversary.

Addressing a gathering at his residence, Chandrababu Naidu stated that the TDP government has been implementing all the promises of NTR. Though NTR was not with us, we have his blessings, Naidu said and added NTR was always with poor and marginalised sections in the state.

The Chief Minister added that there were proposals to promote NTR philosophy to create awareness and inculcate values among the public. The TDP leaders and NTR fans have donated blood on the occasion. 

Different photos of NTR and drawings on him were displayed at the Grievances Hall at the Chief Minister’s residence on the occasion.
